Cool! Although, actually, PoS made the prelim list a few months back. I don't think that gets circulated outside SFWA till after a nominating year closes, though.
Note, this is only the preliminary ballot. One's book is not a "Nebula nominee" until the final ballot is chosen. That won't be for a month or two.
That said, what a startlingly small slate of preliminary novel nominees this year! Usually it's more like 20 books. I guess none of my colleagues had time to read much last year, either.
